Miguel Gonçalves is an entrepreneur, avid traveler and founder of Spark Agency, a company specialig in Employer Branding and Talent Management. Has a degree in Psychology, from Universidade do Minho and has spent the last few years conducting Spark's operations and building Pitch Bootcamp, the career accelerator that brings young university students and companies to known universities such as the Técnico Lisbon, Nova SBE, and FCT-UNL, challenging more than 8,000 young people to rethink their careers and develop their skills. Passionate about pedagogy and education, his mission is to build one of the best career accelerators in the world.

Richard Reiner

Dr. Richard Reiner is a serial entrepreneur and company builder, active as an executive, investor, advisor, and Board member. He has served on the Boards and Advisory Boards of many leading IT security, cloud, and mobile companies such as Immunio, PasswordBox, Elliptic Technologies, Virima, CloudeAssurance, Veracode, NetClarity, Virima, and Fonolo.
Dr. Reiner is currently Chief Technology Officer - Safe Identity, in Intel's Security Group. He was President of PasswordBox, the leading digital identity company, leading up to the acquisition of PasswordBox by Intel.
Dr. Reiner is also Founding Partner at CC Stratus, an investment firm, as well as an active angel investor. He was Chairman & CEO of Enomaly, a global leader in cloud computing, culminating in Enomaly’s acquisition in 2011; and was the founder, CEO, and CTO of Assurent Secure Technologies, an IT Security SaaS company acquired in 2006.
He is often quoted by the press in media such as the New York Times, CBS, NBC, USA Today, and CIO.
He holds a Ph.D. and numerous patents in the fields of software and cloud computing security.

Rui Guedes worked for some years developing business solutions and did some research and development in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence (theme of his master's degree). Then he decided he needed more excitement in life and turned into Indie Game Dev, first on mobile phones and now on PC/Consoles. He has also been experiencing virtual reality (Kinect + Rift) and EEG control applied to games/interaction.
